Among the most personable and remarkable entrepreneurs I’ve met in recent years are Stephen Fear and his son Leon. From humble, challenging beginnings Stephen started in business aged just 15 by using the local phone box as his base. Today he and Leon have over 50 business venture interests across the globe and he is as passionate about business as ever – and how enterprise can impact positively on society.
I met first met them a few years ago when Stephen became Entrepreneur in Residence to the British Library’s Business & IP Centre where I run my Soul Trader; your life, your business workshop as a delivery partner.
