Free Chapter Questions
I canât seem to download the free chapter what can I do?
There are a few things that may be causing this:
Have you added your email address correctly?
Go to https://www.soul-trader.biz/book/ and where it says âdownload free chapterâ, add your email and click submit.
You should then be transferred to the instant download page. This isnât happening? Contact us, describing what youâre doing and whatâs happening and weâll help.
You canât download the chapter from the download page
If you can get to the download page, you can simply click the âDownload nowâ button to view the document, or right hand click over the button to save to your computer. If you need detailed instructions on how to save the document to your computer for Mac and Windows machines, please scroll down to the bottom of the download page for instructions.
You arenât receiving your âthank youâ email with the link to the download
We automatically send you a thank you email with a link to the chapter. If you have previously signed up to receive the free chapter, you wonât receive a second thank you email.
If youâve signed up for the first time and youâre still not receiving this, please check your spam filter.
Questions about purchasing the Soul Trader Coach Yourself Programme
Iâm having problems buying the Coach Yourself programme. Can you talk me through it?
To buy the Coach Yourself programme, go to the Coach Yourself programme page â https://www.soul-trader.biz/coach/ â and click the Buy Now button for your preferred product.
You will be redirected to the shopping cart to check that you have the right product. At this stage, you can revise quantities, remove an item and add a discount or promotional code if you wish. Once done, you can âProceed to Checkoutâ using the button provided.
At Checkout, you will confirm your details, click that you accept our terms and conditions and you can then proceed to pay.
If you canât get beyond the checkout page, please double check that you have ticked the âTerms and Conditionsâ checkbox. Please also ensure that the âPayPalâ button is ticked as that is the only payment method we accept at present.

What does the âhave promotional code mean?
From time to time we run promotions with a special discount codes. Ignore this box and proceed with your purchase if this doesnât apply.
If you do have a code then enter the code in the box, and continue to checkout. The discount will be applied before you make your payment so that you can see exactly what discount you are getting.
Iâm having problem using a discount code / coupon?
Many discount codes are time-sensitive â if you donât use them within a certain period of time, they expire.
Please contact us and tell us which discount code you are using, where you got it and describe the error you are seeing and we will try to help
Iâve made an error using the shopping cart â how can I start again or reset?
To adjust quantity
Simply go to the shopping cart by clicking this link:

You will then see a list of all the items youâve added to your cart, with quantities that you can adjust by using the + and â signs to each side of the quantity. Â If you then click the âUpdate Cartâ button, your new quantity will be applied.
To remove products from the cart
Simply go to the shopping cart by clicking this link:

If you want to remove a product entirely,  find the product you want to remove in your cart. On the far right (to the right of the price), you will see a little âXâ. Click this to permanently remove the item from your cart.
You can then continue to checkout or return to the Coach Yourself area to start again.
How do I login to get started with the Coach Yourself programme?
As soon as you purchase the programme, you will be sent an email from us asking you to complete your registration.
Click the link in the email, complete the short registration form and you will then be able to login using your newly created username and password via our login page on the top right of each screen on our website, or click the following link:
When I try to create a new user account, the system tells me that my email is already in use. Help!
This has happened because you are already a member of Soul Traderâs free area, and instead of purchasing the Coach Yourself programme from your logged in account, you have created a brand new account.
Not to worry â simply get in touch with us, and give us your free membership username, the email address you are trying to use and your Coach Yourself order number and we will correct this for you.
Once weâve done this, weâll send you a quick email inviting you to login, and youâll then be able to login using you existing username and password you originally created for the free area.
Iâve just purchased Coach Yourself but login details donât seem to work.
Please double-check that you are entering your username and password correctly. Passwords are case sensitive, so that means that if you had an uppercase character when you created your password, you must have an uppercase character when you enter your password.
If you know that your username is correct, try resetting your password by clicking the âforgot passwordâ link here https://www.soul-trader.biz/login/.
I see that I can buy a gift voucher for the Coach Yourself programme. How does this work?
When  you buy a gift, you will be prompted for
- The recipientâs name and email address
- A short message from you for the recipient
Once you have purchased the gift, you will receive a receipt from Soul Trader, confirming payment.
Your recipient will receive a separate email, telling them that they have received a gift and giving them a unique code that they can use when purchasing the Soul Trader Coaching Yourself programme or other eligible products. Your name and message will be included in the email.

General Soul Trader Membership Questions
Logging in
Iâve become a member. How do I access the materials and membership area?
If you have created a username and password, for either the free or Coach Yourself area, you simply need to go to the login page and login, after which you will be automatically directed to the membersâ dashboard.

You will see a new item on the main menu / navigation called âMembersâ Menuâ â you can use that to navigate back to the membersâ area at any time.
Iâm having problems logging in - help!
Please check that you are entering your username and password correctly. If you know that your username is correct, try resetting your password by clicking the âforgot passwordâ link here https://www.soul-trader.biz/login.
If you have signed up for the Coach Yourself programme, please make sure that you have clicked the final link to register for an account, otherwise you wonât be able to login.
If you are still having problems, please contact us and tell us your username, email and what problem you are experiencing. Please include any error messages that you see when trying to login.
Iâve lost my password. What can I do?
If you know your username, try resetting your password by clicking the âforgot passwordâ link here https://www.soul-trader.biz/login/.

I canât remember my username.
Please contact us with your name and email address, and request a username reminder.
Iâve lost my password and clicked reset but canât havenât received an email with reset instructions. What can I do?
Please make sure that username you entered is correct, and check that your spam filter isnât preventing emails from thrive@soul-trader.biz to be delivered.
Then try resetting your password again by clicking the âforgot passwordâ link here https://www.soul-trader.biz/login.
If you still arenât receiving anything, please contact us with your username and email address, and we will manually reset your password for you.
Profile and Photo
How can I change my profile picture?
Login to the membersâ area here â https://www.soul-trader.biz/login.
Once logged in, go to your profile page by clicking the option in the right sidebar, or by using the membersâ menu. You can also click here â https://www.soul-trader.biz/members/manage-profile/ (note that this will only work if you are logged in).
Once you are on the profile page, scroll down to the photo area. Here you can upload a new photo. Note that your new photo will take a few seconds to upload and refresh. There is no need to click save or update as your new photo will automatically be applied once uploaded.
Iâm having problems changing my profile photo, even though Iâve followed the instructions above.

Who can see my profile once Iâve created it?
All logged in members can see your profile.

Can I change and edit my profile?
Yes. Simply go to the Manage Profile page in your membersâ menu or by clicking your profile in the right side bar. You can also click here â https://www.soul-trader.biz/members/manage-profile/ (will only work if you are logged in).
You can then edit as needed and save.
Iâve updated my profile but it doesnât seem to have saved?

Downloading
Iâve bought the Coach Yourself programme with downloadable video but Iâm having problems downloading my copy. Help!
The Coach Yourself video is a large file. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, this may take a while to completely download, so some patience may be needed.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact us with your username, email and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing and weâll do our best to help.

How do I access the membership content?
Go to https://www.soul-trader.biz/login/ to login, or click the login link located at the top right of each page on the Soul Trader website. Enter your username and password for instant access.
Questions about upgrading from free membership to the Coach Yourself programme
I want to upgrade from Free to Coach Yourself membership â whatâs the best way to this?
If you are already a free member, login to your account at https://www.soul-trader.biz/login. Then go to the Coach Yourself page and purchase whatever you wish.
This will then give you instant access to all the goodies available to members of the Coach Yourself programme.
I forgot to login before upgrading to the Coach Yourself programme and now I canât register with the same email address. Help!
This has happened because you are already a member of Soul Traderâs free area, and instead of purchasing the Coach Yourself programme from your logged in account, you have created a brand new account.
Not to worry â simply get in touch with us, and give us your free membership username, the email address you are trying to use and your Coach Yourself order number and we will correct this for you.

I have two accounts - a free membership and a Coach Yourself account. Can you merge these for me?
Yes. Please contact us with:
- Your two usernames
- Which username you wish to use as your only username after merging
And we will manually correct this for you.
